This week saw the release of a much anticipated gaming experience, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. It also featured the return of Challenge Maps in the latest Batman game, Arkham Knight. So while everyone is gushing over the latest Metal Gear game, I checked out some of the content in the new Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #1.
As a big fan of the challenge mode from previous entries in the Arkham series, I'm pretty much happy with the DLC. My only gripe is that we still don't have a dedicated challenge mode with all the options we have come to expect.
We have a plethora of characters to use, but are only limited to a challenge or two for each one. Still, it is nice to have more gameplay options.
I have no opinion on the worth of the Season Pass yet. I'm gonna put up more videos for the content that is available, but I will have to wait until after September for a final verdict. There is still a Nightwing campaign (GCPD Lockdown) and the Tumbler pack to go later this month.
Stay tuned for videos soon featuring the 1989 Batmobile, as well as Batgirl, Harley Quinn, and Red Hood gameplay. And if you still haven't picked up a copy of Arkham Knight, what are you waiting for?
The game is great! Do it now, right here!
